How does check-in work at MyStay Scherer?
Our check-in process is fully digital. Before your arrival, you’ll automatically receive:
- Your personal access code
- Directions to the property
- All important information about your apartment
This allows you to arrive flexibly and at any time – no reception, no waiting.
Do I have a contact person during my stay?
Yes. Even though much of your stay is digital, we’re always available — via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Technology leads. People accompany.
Where are the apartments located?
Our apartments are centrally located in Heidelberg at two addresses:
- Rohrbacherstraße 16, 69115 Heidelberg
- Marstallstraße 13, 69117 Heidelberg
Both locations offer excellent connections to the Old Town, University, clinics, public transport, as well as nearby restaurants and shops.
Are there parking facilities?
Yes.
- Our private parking spaces are available either directly in front of the building or just a short walk away.
- In addition, both locations offer several public parking garages within walking distance.
You’ll automatically receive all relevant parking options with your arrival information.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?
Yes. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for self-catering, families, and longer stays.
Are the apartments suitable for families?
Yes. With spacious layouts, kitchens, and plenty of privacy, our apartments are perfectly suited for:
- Families
- Couples
- Longer holiday stays
Depending on the apartment, separate bedrooms are also available — please inquire about this when booking.
How good is the Wi-Fi?
Our apartments offer fast, stable Wi-Fi – perfect for home office, video conferences, streaming, and professional use.
Are the apartments suitable for business travelers?
Yes. Many of our guests travel for business and benefit from:

Can I stay longer (Longstay)?
Longer stays are generally possible in our classic MyStay Apartments.

Are pets allowed?
Depending on the apartment and the size of your pet, bringing them along may be possible.
Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Can I drop off my luggage earlier or pick it up later?
As we operate without a reception, we do not offer a traditional luggage room.
However, our flexible digital check-in and check-out times make it easy to plan your arrival and departure conveniently.
