Besonders gefallen hat uns die sehr gute Lage: ruhig, aber trotzdem fußläufig zur Heidelberger Innenstadt. Herr Scherer war immer ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen hat er sofort geantwortet. Auch der zuerst nicht vorhandene Wohnungsschlüssel wurde umgehend nachgeliefert. Der ansonsten unkomplizierte Check-in und die Möglichkeit, die Autos in der Nähe zu parken runden den positiven Eindruck ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."
